From leading hand to site manager, and eventually builder, his hands-on experience across multiple continents gave him a broad understanding of construction from the ground up.

After relocating to Australia in 2014, Anton continued working in both residential and commercial carpentry before making a bold shift—following his passion for plants and the outdoors. He transitioned into the landscaping sector, starting as a planter and quickly progressing to mass planting supervisor, where he led large-scale projects with precision and care.

But Anton saw room for improvement. Despite his dedication, he encountered recurring challenges that prevented teams from delivering the level of quality he knew was possible. Determined to raise the standard, he founded Insta Scapes Planting with a clear mission: to build a skilled, supported workforce capable of delivering top-tier service without compromise.

Today, Anton leads ISP with the same drive and integrity that shaped his career—bringing together construction know-how, horticultural expertise, and a commitment to creating green spaces that last.
